Mission Statement
Tegemeza, Swahili for "support," exists to break the cycle of poverty through grassroots efforts in Nairobi, Siaya, and Mombasa, transforming lives and creating sustainable development in Kenya.
We unite Canadian financial support with local empowerment, preserving Kenyan culture and promoting education and training.
Tegemeza Support Society is a registered Canadian charity established in 2014 operating in Kenya. The key focus is to uplift impoverished women, children, and vulnerable groups such as the disabled, the elderly, and those living with HIV/AIDS.

We depend on the generous participation and support of caring individuals like you.

Our mission encompasses three key pillars:

LOVE - We strive to alleviate poverty by providing essential resources like food, clean water, medicine, and shelter to individuals and families most in need.

SUPPORT - We are committed to promoting education and training by assisting students and their families with school fees, school supplies, uniforms, food and shelter, medicine and overall health and wellness.

EMPOWER - We empower women through literacy programs, financial education, business and vocational training, and skills development for income generation.
Your involvement helps us spread love, provide support, and empower communities for a brighter future.
